Thank you for signing up for the first-ever Pinball Passport newsletter, and by doing so, showing your support for something that not long ago felt like just a wild idea.

It kept evolving until it became something I could not ignore. I would travel and see thriving pinball communities wherever I went. They were vibrant and welcoming. Then I would come home to Miami, a paradise in so many ways, but when it came to pinball, a desert.

“Pinball Passport is just getting started, and I am so glad you are here for the journey.”

The more I played, the more I loved pinball and the joy it brought to my friends and family. That unmistakable dopamine hit when you nail a shot, get a high score, or a new achievement. Stern Insider Connected took it to a whole new level. Playing connected games made pinball even more meaningful. Earning badges and tracking progress is what caused me to reconnect with pinball on a completely new level and helped spark the idea for what we are building now.

If you have not already created your Insider Connected account, I suggest setting it up before your next game. It changes everything.

Thank you for being here at the beginning. Pinball Passport is just getting started, and I am so glad you are here for the journey.

May your shots be dialed in and your flippers strong,

Jose
